Mathen Allen

Mathen Allen is a director-writer who in his off time develops his photography practice. After graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and Visual arts, Mathen developed I wide portfolio of photography and videography, including the likes of his piece Justice.

During his time at UVIC, he developed a wide understanding of ideas in Photography, Videography and Ethics that he now applies to the many aspects of filming. He is currently using these core concepts in writing his short films If Only and Images Of Oblivion.
