Jaideep Singh Mann

Jaideep Singh Mann is a talented and experienced filmmaker who was born on the way to a movie and now has over 7 years of experience in the industry. He has an educational background in I.T. Engineering and Visual Effects but a passion for storytelling and creating unique narratives that resonate with audiences changed his career choices. Some of his Short Films are currently streaming on various platforms in India such as Disney+, Hotstar, Mxplayer, Jio Cinema, ShortsTv, Shorted, Saltplay and more. He has a strong set of skills that makes him well-suited to handle high-pressure situations and is great with communication and persuasion abilities. He has a knack for bringing out the best in his actors and crew. Additionally, he’s quick to identify problems and is able to solve them in an efficient and effective manner.

Jaideep is also currently the President & CFO at Ol bout Cinema, a start-up company in India that deals with Advertisements, short films and workshops, where he oversees, organizes and manages marketing campaigns, financial deals and investments. He has been Directing and Editing Short Films and Advertising projects taken up by the company, along with that he has also played the role of the lead instructor in a total of 3, D.I.Y. Filmmaking Workshops, with guest lectures from Emmy Award winning Writer Sir George Arthur Bloom. His films have won 1st prize at “Frames Film Festival” and official selection for Dashtag’s virtual screening and many more international festivals including SIFF. He has also won an Annex Pro award for Best VFX and cinematography at Sheridan College.

He has a wealth of experience using various software programs, including Premier-Pro, After-Effects, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, and NukeX. His expertise in these programs will undoubtedly be a valuable asset in his future endeavors.

Jaideep believes that storytelling is a powerful art that can move and change people’s emotions and reactions, and that films have the ability to create trends. He is driven to produce films that entertain, inspire, and educate audiences, leaving a lasting impact on viewers around the world. As a filmmaker, he is passionate about exploring new technologies and techniques that can enhance the filmmaking process and create new possibilities for storytelling but none of it will help without a good crew and their happiness and respect is his first priority.
